Miami Mayor Wants City To Donate More Money For FIFA World Cup

Miami Mayor Francis Suarez spending his final days in office advocating for the city to donate up to seven-point-five million in city services to World Cup events. Commissioner Miguel Gabela says the money should go to the taxpayers who are struggling to pay for food and rent. The city has already given five million to pay FIFA for World Cup events. Mayor Suarez says this money will cover public safety and security for the Fan Festival in Bayfront Park while giving Miami businesses and restaurants global exposure.
